Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy
The items sold on this website are non-returnable due to hygiene and personal care nature of the products. However, a request for return or replacement can be raised within 2 days of receipt of the product only under the following conditions:
- Product is physically damaged / tampered
- Product is expired
- Wrong product is delivered
- Missing product in the package
In case of above conditions, the company will first verify the claim by contacting the customer and reviewing the issue before approving any refund or replacement request. Customers are requested to keep the product in its original condition along with all packaging materials, manuals, invoice, and accessories (if any).
Once the return/refund request is approved after verification, the refund or replacement process will be initiated within 2 working days.
Replacement products, if approved, will be dispatched within 3 working days and delivered within 7–10 working days depending on the delivery location and courier partner availability.
In case of refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 working days from approval. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will be required to provide bank account details for processing the refund.
Cash-on-Delivery charges and shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
For prepaid orders, if refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days from approval.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
